Why can two hats with the same circumference fit differently?

Opening shape, crown depth, sweatband, material, adjustment, and wearing position can all change the fit.

What does a range such as 56–58 cm mean?

It may be a wearer range, adjustable range, or retail label. Define which meaning applies and how it is measured.

How is finished inside circumference measured?

Measure at the finished sweatband line with the agreed tool and hat condition. Record any adjustment setting.

Should the fit sample include the final sweatband and adjustment?

Yes. These components change the internal space and may alter the approved fit.

Can multiple sizes change the MOQ or schedule?
